What is the shelf-life of my products?

We recommend looking under the product you ordered to obtain shelf-life information. Since all of our products are truly natural without fillers, our products have a shelf-life of 6 months after use. You can help extend the shelf-life of your soap bar by storing it in a cool, dry environment Avoid leaving the products inside the shower as the continual water use can expedite the shelf-life.

What do I do if the product is sold out?

Unfortunately we do not have specific restock dates.  Follow us on Instagram @flawlessnaturalsoaps and sign up to our newsletter for an update on items that will be restocked.

What products are suitable for babies skin?

Oatmeal Honey soap is most gentle for baby’s skin

Will Flawless Soaps cure my skin ailments?

Flawless would like to remind you that we are not medical or healthcare professionals and do not claim that the use of any product will cure any pre-existing physical condition. The information listed under each soap description pertains to the properties each natural ingredient has to offer.

Is Flawless cruelty-free?

100% Cruelty Free. We never test on animals, nor will we ever. 

Our products do not contain chemicals, toxins, parabens or fillers of any kind which can be harmful to our bodies. We only use ingredients that benefit our skin, our bodies, and our environment.

Shipping questions

What shipping company do you use and how is it calculated?

We ship our items through USPS domestically. The total shipping cost will also include packaging and handling fees.

What is the shipping process?

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-5 business days for processing of your order (Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and holidays).  Once dispatched, an email confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you. Please check your junk folder.

What if I put the wrong address into the order and my package is returned to sender?

If Flawless receives your returned package due to insufficient address information or address inputted incorrectly, Flawless reserves the right to recharge for shipping cost in order to reship the order back to the customer once the correct address is provided.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping options will be available at the checkout through USPS. We do not mail internationally.

What if my products are damaged in the mail?

If your products are damaged through the mail, please contact Flawless within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please ensure you email your order details and a picture of the damage at contact@flawlessnaturalsoaps.com
